POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Certinia ERP Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing Certinia ERP solutions for our clients. This position involves collaborating closely with both technical teams and clients, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project lifecycles, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions. 

• Implement Certinia ERP solutions, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timelines.
• Oversee project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
• Work alongside senior resources, ensuring effective communication and gathering requirements.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, work independently, and maintain effective communication with the team and clients.
• Stay updated with industry trends in Certinia ERP, Salesforce, and related technologies.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables through thorough testing and validation.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex flows and processes.
• Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Prioritize client satisfaction, exceeding expectations through Certinia ERP solutions.
• Maintain continuous communications throughout the day to ensure seamless project progress.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Salesforce basics (Admin certification preferred).
• Proficiency in Certinia ERP (certification preferred).
• Familiarity with Financial Management (FF Accounting/FFA) and Billing Central.
• Knowledge of Certinia PSA (optional).
• Organizational and analytical skills.
• Understanding of complex flows and processes.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Previous experience with management software, preferably Jira.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Technical expertise in Salesforce tools, including flows.
• APEX coding experience would be a significant advantage.

Compensation at Coalescence Cloud Consulting varies depending on various factors, such as role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, we have provided above a reasonable range of compensation for the role described. Please note that salary ranges are subject to change and are not intended to be the only factor considered when making hiring decisions.
