Nonprofit Cloud Consultant

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Nonprofit Cloud Consultant at Coalescence Cloud, you will play a critical role in collaborating with stakeholders to assess needs, design tailored Salesforce solutions, and implement configurations that support donor management, fundraising, volunteer coordination, and program tracking. 

• Collaborate with nonprofit clients to assess their needs, challenges, and goals.
• Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Provide training and support to nonprofit staff on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
• Develop data migration and integration strategies to ensure seamless system transitions.
• Assist in customizing reports and dashboards to help nonprofits track key performance indicators.
• Provide strategic guidance to customers on best practices using Salesforce NPC.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
• Document project requirements, configurations, and user guides to support clients.
• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing technical support as needed.

• Proven experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack), or related Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Consultant Certification.
• Experience working with nonprofit organizations and a deep understanding of their operations and challenges.
• Strong technical skills in Salesforce configuration, automation (Flows, Process Builder), and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with third-party integrations, data migration, and CRM best practices.
• Passion for using technology to drive social good and improve nonprofit operations.

• Salesforce AI Associate, AI Specialist, CRM Analytics, and/or any relevant Salesforce certification/s.
• Familiarity with other nonprofit-focused platforms and integrations (e.g., Classy, iATS, FormAssembly, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Compensation at Coalescence Cloud Consulting varies depending on various factors, such as role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, we have provided above a reasonable range of compensation for the role described. Please note that salary ranges are subject to change and are not intended to be the only factor considered when making hiring decisions. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks.
