Salesforce QA Analyst

As a Salesforce QA Analyst at Coalescence Cloud, you will play a critical role in designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and ensuring that our Salesforce solutions align with business requirements. You will collaborate with developers, administrators, and business analysts to validate system functionality, enhance test automation, and improve overall software quality.

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Work closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and admins to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, reports, and APIs.
• Ensure compliance with security and data integrity best practices.
• Participate in automated testing efforts by creating and executing test scripts using tools like Selenium, Provar, or TestComplete.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist stakeholders in validating system functionality.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the overall SDLC and QA processes.

• 3 or more years of QA experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, ideally across multiple projects and products.
• Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud); experience with financial/ERP projects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, workflows, and automation (Flows, Process Builder, Apex triggers).Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with creating and editing user guides and manuals.
• Knowledge of SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce security best practices is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning and testing custom UI components.

• Salesforce certifications such as Certified Salesforce Administrator or Certified Platform App Builder.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of performance testing and load testing strategies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
