Coalfield Family Services is proud to announce that we have recently achieved the status of a Licensed Behavioral Health Center, and with this milestone, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team!
Position Overview: We are looking for a highly qualified individual with prior experience in Child Protective Services (CPS)/Youth Services (YS) and the mental health field. This position requires a bachelor's degree at minimum, but preference will be given to candidates holding a master's degree and licensure as a social worker or therapist. The ideal candidate will also have proven management or supervisory experience in social work or mental health settings.
Key Requirements:
- Open availability and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass comprehensive background checks and a drug screening.
- Leadership experience, with skills in staff oversight, recruitment, and training.
- A passion for marketing and community engagement.
- Willingness to maintain a small client caseload.
Role Responsibilities: This person directly reports to the CEO/President, you will play a critical role in our mission. Your primary focus will include:
- Supervising and mentoring staff.
- Recruiting and training new team members.
- Enhancing marketing strategies and fostering community partnerships.
- Contributing to client support by managing a small caseload.
