What are the responsibilities and job description for the ServiceNow Technical Consultant position at Coalfire Federal?
Open to local candidates in the Washington, D.C. / Northern VA / Maryland areas.
This is a full time, hybrid position.
What you'll do:
- Manages the delivery of projects using the appropriate frameworks and collaborating with teams and partners to include but not limited to:
- Working in design, code, and troubleshoot applications with the ServiceNow platform
- Implements and support assignment rules.
- Implements workflows.
- Gathers, documents and drives business/technical requirements for various business units.
- Provides strategic advice, deliver technology innovation and design / implement solutions.
- Supports and enhances reporting functionality.
- When directed, produce a roadmap that provides a structured path utilizing best practices for implementation that includes work breakdown structure, needed documents, and an implementation checklist, which also provides each implementation stage. Ability to gather development requirements and provide recommendations.

Certifications
- At least one of the following ServiceNow Platform Application Development certifications: Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Performance Analytics
- At least one of the following ServiceNow Security certifications: Vulnerability Response, Incident Response, Risk and Compliance, or Vendor Risk Managemen
Years of Experience
- At least two (2) years of experience as a developer who specializes in working in design, code, and troubleshoot applications with the ServiceNow platform.
- Background in configuring and developing ServiceNow instances and similar applications for various use cases.
