What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mechanic position at Coalinga-Huron Unified School District?
Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and completion of an apprenticeship program in automotive repair and two years of journey-level experience in the maintenance and repair of gasoline, diesel and alternative-powered vehicles and equipment.
1. Valid unrestricted California Class A or B driver's license with appropriate passenger and air brake endorsements.
2. Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate issued by an authorized agency.
3. Valid School Bus Certificate issued by the California Highway Patrol.
Note: If Certificates and/or appropriate class of license with required endorsements are not held at time of hire, they must be gained within six months of hire date.
Information for three references must be provided.
The District contributes $16,000 towards medical/dental/vision health package.
