About the role
In the competitive InsureTech landscape, optimizing customer service and scaling operations are vital for success. The goal of the servicing engineering team is to drive efficiency and customer loyalty through consistently seamless and fast servicing interactions powered by knowledgeable teams and integrated, automated systems. We're looking for a collaborative and self-motivated engineer to join us as one of the founding engineers of a newly formed growth engineering team and help us shape the technical architecture, team culture and deliver on some high impact initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with our business stakeholders across product, sales operations and business applications on understanding the opportunities for optimization and translating them to actionable tasks.
- Uphold the standards of engineering excellence by writing clean, well tested code, reviewing code and providing guidance to the rest of the team.
- Encourage and build a culture of using on data to make informed decisions and value progress before perfection.

Compensation
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The US base salary for this position ranges from $85,000.00 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $130,000.00 / year in our highest geographic market. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors, which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and / or geographic location.
