Activities Coordinator
Hudson, NY
FOR CURRENT COARC EMPLOYEES ONLY
Pay Rate : $16.50 per hour
40 hours per week : Monday- Friday 8am - 4pm or needed per program.
Young adults to seniors with intellectual and developmental disabilities come to Cardinal Hall Day Habilitation for a wide variety of activities and supports. They choose what they want to do to reach their personal goals.
This position will oversee day-to-day on-site and community activities and ensure these activities are implemented.
Requirements of the position :
- High School Diploma or GED (now called TASC) preferred
- Minimum of one-year experience working with individuals with a disability
- Exceptional written, communication, and computer skills
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to be certified in all required trainings
- Occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to work independently
