$30-$70 (Pay based on experience and ability to sell our tasting menus. Includes base hourly wage tips for an average of $30-$70 per hour).
Coast 236 restaurant & bar in Saugatuck, Michigan is seeking highly trained professional service staff to join our team. We are looking to add team members with a background in fine dining. Knowledge in classic service style and extensive wine knowledge is required. The ideal candidate needs to be able to guide our guests in their dining experience. Extensive knowledge of cuisine is a must.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a fine dining environment. They will need to be detail oriented, great at multitasking, have a strong work ethic with core values, and the flexibility to work nights and weekends. Experience in dealing with tasting menus with wine pairings is preferred. Teamwork mentality and positive attitude are a must in this environment.
Coast 236 is open Wednesday-Sunday from 5pm-10pm. Our shifts operate from 4pm-11pm most days. If you are in search of that position that will satiate your need to learn new things and deliver excellent guest services, this is the place for you.
