**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Project Documentation**: Submit daily project paperwork including employee hours, vehicle and equipment logs, and photos through the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate records and tracking.
- **Site Visits & Job Walks**: Perform regular site visits and job walks to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, making sure that all work meets the highest standards of safety and quality.
- **Client Relations**: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with both existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering future business opportunities.
- **Team Communication**: Effectively communicate with co-workers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution and team coordination.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Conduct regular field and safety meetings in adherence to company policies and state/local regulations, including OSHA standards. Ensure a safe working environment on all job sites.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all project timelines are met while maintaining quality and safety.
- **Training & Development**: Train and mentor new employees, helping them develop the skills necessary for success in the environmental abatement field.
- **Industry Engagement**: Participate in required industry training, update certifications, and maintain fitness levels necessary for working in the environmental field.
**Requirements:**
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Preferred)
- Bilingual (Spanish) (Desired)
- Valid AHERA Asbestos Worker certification (Required)
- CDPH Worker certificates (Preferred)
- At least 1 year of related work experience in environmental abatement
- Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required)
- Availability for overtime as needed
- Completion of annual refresher courses related to the position
**Salary & Benefits:**
- **Hourly Rate**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour, based on experience
- **Benefits**: Use of company vehicle and gas card, paid time off, Individual Retirement Account (IRA)
- **Schedule**: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with hours varying between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, depending on the project schedule. Weekend work is optional.
