- Managing the planning, design, construction, and occupancy of at least one project with a value of over $20 million,
- Preparing, tracking, and managing budgets and schedules, and
- Managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Managing higher education and/or healthcare construction projects,
- Managing construction projects, as an employee or a consultant, for a state or federal agency responsible for managing new construction and renovation projects used by other state or federal agencies, and
- Managing projects in Rhode Island subject to Rhode Island laws and regulations appliable to public construction projects.
