- Managing the planning, design, construction, and occupancy of at least one project with a value of over $20 million,
- Preparing, tracking, and managing budgets and schedules,
- Managing projects in a multi-stakeholder, demanding end user environment
- Managing multiple projects concurrently
Additional consideration will be given to candidates with experience:
- Managing capital construction projects for colleges and universities,
- Managing projects, as an employee or a consultant, for a state agency responsible for managing new construction and renovation of state buildings used by other state agencies, and
- Managing projects in Rhode Island subject to Rhode Island laws and regulations appliable to public construction projects.
