- Maintains a strong background in field inspection of structural renovations and industry practices.
- Responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and performing specialized field inspections for designated disciplines as well as other related disciplines.
- Inspects work at the site(s) for contract and code compliance; proficient with construction management software like E-Builder.
- Recommends approvals or rejections of materials and workmanship as appropriate; monitors labor and safety requirements; completes written inspection reports, records of defects, and omissions; and similar activities.
