As a Sales Account Manager / Client Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our home care services. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and community partners. Your primary goal is to inspire and educate potential clients and their families about the benefits of our home care services, ultimately increasing our client base and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Engagement : Identify and engage with potential clients, and their families, to understand their needs and provide tailored home care solutions.
- Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other referral sources to promote our services.
- Education and Outreach : Conduct presentations and informational sessions to educate the community about our home care services and the benefits they provide.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Follow-Up : Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing clients to ensure their needs are being met and to address any concerns.
- Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- Reporting : Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity logs, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts.
