About the role
- Coast Community Health Center is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
What you'll do
- This position will be responsible for answering the phone, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, and performing other duties related to patient services. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, is professional, and cares about helping patients. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or office manager. This position is for someone who wants to grow within the organization and become a valued member of our team. 8 hour shift Monday to Friday No weekends.
Qualifications
- Ability to commute/relocate - Bandon, OR 97411: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Experience - Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred) Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred) Customer service: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
