Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Associate at Coast Concrete Inc in Gulfport, MS. As an Office Associate, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the office operations and ensure smooth workflow. This position will require billing and collections. Cross training with a couple of different positions within the office.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience in handling office equipment and maintaining office supplies
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and protocols
- Proficiency in Quiclbooks is required.
