While the primary focus is mechanical assembly, collaboration with production and engineering teams is essential for maintaining high-quality standards and meeting project deadlines.

We are currently seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join our team. This role is crucial to ensuring our products' successful assembly, testing, and shipping. While the primary focus is mechanical assembly, collaboration with production and engineering teams is essential for maintaining high-quality standards and meeting project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble machines and sub-assemblies using mechanical blueprints.
- Utilize measuring tools such as volt meters, micrometers, calipers, and laser alignment tools.
- Disassemble, insulate, and crate machines for shipment.
- Handle shipping and receiving of orders.
- Operate forklifts to load/unload trucks and move equipment for assembly tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
- Occasionally work overtime to meet production deadlines.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of two years of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret blueprints.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform tasks requiring a full range of arm motion.
- Experience operating a drill press, lathe, and mill.
- Familiarity with motors, drives, and electrical panels.
- Experience with PLC programming and HMI controllers.
