EXPECTED OUTCOMES AND REQUIREMENTS
Coast has identified the need for a Senior Transactions Manager to negotiate and manage legal agreements that support the company's solar and storage project acquisitions and financing activities. This individual will work closely with origination, finance, and external counsel to lead transactions from term sheet to closing. They will also play a key role in developing best practices, standardizing agreements, and improving Coast's transaction processes. Responsibilities include :
Transaction Leadership & Negotiation :
- Lead the negotiation and execution of MIPA, Site Lease, and PPA agreements with support from outside counsel.
- Manage the legal, financial, and due diligence workstreams for each transaction.
- Ensure all legal agreements accurately reflect the risk and economics of each deal.
- Collaborate with origination, finance, and development teams to align legal structures with business objectives.
