Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Exoerience with Accounts receivable/ Accounts payable
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Ordering supplies with vendors
- Following up and assist Office Manager
- Perform data entry and administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Knowledge of Quickbooks
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to details
- Computer proficient
- Deadline and detail-oriented
