Commercial leasing company, a leader in the business service industry, has an excellent new opportunity for a Regional Manager in San Diego, CA.
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Plans, directs and controls all operations within this branch. Functional areas within the region include operations, customer service, safety, sales, billing, credit / collections, and payroll.
- Manages a work force including sales, and field employees. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, and motivating employees; directing work; coaching and appraising performance; disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Responsible for meeting budgeted profitability including achieving sales targets, maintaining pricing levels, and expense management.
- Sales budgeting and P&L responsibility
- Directly responsible for control of company assets. Maintains accurate inventory records and controls usage, repair and potential disposition of material assets.
