AISIN is currently hiring for a Forklift/Tugger Operator in Durham, NC!
Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials within a warehouse or production environment
- Use a warehouse management system to track and locate inventory
- Utilize order picking methods to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently by a tugger
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as required
Experience:
- Previous experience operating a forklift or Tugger in a warehouse or similar setting
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems to track inventory
- Knowledge of order picking methods and procedures
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Skills:
- Forklift operation: Ability to safely operate a forklift or tugger to move materials within a warehouse or production environment
- Warehouse management system: Proficiency in using software systems to track and locate inventory
- Load/unload: Experience in loading and unloading materials from trucks or containers using a forklift
- Equipment repair: Knowledge of basic equipment repair and maintenance procedures
- Warehouse: Understanding of warehouse operations, including storage, organization, and inventory management
- Order picking: Proficiency in accurately selecting items from inventory based on customer orders
