Our Therapists have more than 9 decades of combined experience in Orthopedic and Manual Physical and Sports Therapy and have completed Specialized Post-Graduate Residency Programs in Orthopedic Manual Therapy abroad and in the US. Complete management of a predominately orthopedic patient load. Initial evaluations and management decisions utilizing sound clinical reasoning skills and evidenced based practice. This medium sized practice has several expert level clinicians with a wealth of experience and a reputation that defines excellence. All patients are managed by the original therapist from start to finish and ample schedule time is allowed for application of the clinical reasoning process and evidence-based progression. This position is a great opportunity for either an experienced orthopedic therapist to continue to learn and grow as well as contribute to an already great staff, or a new graduate that is willing to learn and grow rapidly with the support from more than 90 years of combined clinical experience. The practice has built its reputation on Residency Trained Therapists who have attended both domestic and overseas programs in the Australian/Maitland Approach which emphasizes strong clinical reasoning coupled with precise handling and manual skills to make decisions and progress the management of patient problems. Additionally, PNF oriented towards the orthopedic patient and therapeutic exercise programs enhance the functional progressions.
Professional and caring from initial contact to discharge, from reception to therapist to aide, our practice also revolves around a family type atmosphere and team approach.
