Plumbing Technicians

Coast Plumbing Solutions, Inc . is a fast-growing and consistently busy company serving Santa Barbara County since 2017 . We are a full-service plumbing company-from bathroom and kitchen remodels, drain cleaning, water heater repair, water treatment to commercial damage repairs and everything in between. As residents and members in the Santa Barbara County community, we take pride in our work and stand by our two-year minimum warranties on all repairs.

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented plumbers to join our established team and build a great future together! Pay :

35.00 - $45.00 per hour - depending on experience
Monthly Sales Bonus
Our top earners make up to $110k annually

Job Type : Full-time position

Schedule : Monday - Friday, with on-call work limited to a 1-week rotation every 5-7 weeks

The ideal candidate will have the following :

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of verifiable Service Plumbing experience required

Clean driving record

Ability to pass a professional background check

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong mechanical aptitude

Basic math skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Service Titan Experience preferred
