- Ensure all applicants meet LIHTC, HUD, and other program eligibility requirements
- Develop and execute marketing strategies through outreach, advertising, and partnerships
- Supervise leasing team members, providing training, support, and accountability
- Maintain compliance with all affordable housing regulations and ensure accurate documentation
- Track leasing metrics, occupancy goals, and report regularly to leadership
- Provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for prospects and applicants
- 1-2 years of experience in lease-up, affordable housing, or property management (leadership experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, and other affordable housing programs
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle leasing operations and meet occupancy goals
- Excellent marketing, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications a plus
- A proactive problem-solver who leads with integrity and accountability
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing outstanding service
