Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled, independently licensed psychologist to join our team on a part-time, hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both therapy and neuropsychological assessments, working with children, adolescents, and adults. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and techniques in a supportive and dynamic team environment. Responsibilities :
- Comprehensive Neuropsychological Assessments : Conduct diagnostic evaluations, testing, and report writing for children, adolescents, and adults.
- Individual Therapy : Provide therapy services to those ages 4 addressing cognitive, emotional, and behavioral concerns through the implementation of evidence-based modalities.
- Collaborative Care : Work closely with a multidisciplinary team and external providers to ensure cohesive and integrated care for clients.
- Use Modern Tools & Techniques : Incorporate the latest methods in neuropsychological assessment to provide cutting-edge care.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and professional standards.
- Cultural Sensitivity : Demonstrate cultural humility and sensitivity while working with clients from diverse backgrounds and self-reflecting on our own positionality in the treatment process.
- Ongoing Learning : Participate in professional development and training to stay up-to-date with current trends in the field.
- Recommendations : Provide treatment and intervention recommendations based on assessment results and client needs.
