Position Overview:
As a member of the Coast Pavement Services team, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute in various ways, whether you're in the office, working directly in the field, or helping lead our team in management. We’re seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, reliable, and have a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:
- Office Team:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
- Coordinate communication between clients, field crews, and management
- Assist with scheduling, invoicing, and customer service
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Field Team:
- Assist with paving, resurfacing, and maintenance tasks
- Operate heavy equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with the field crew to ensure timely project completion
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
- Management Team:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure project timelines are met
- Manage teams in both office and field roles
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure all projects are completed to company standards, within budget, and on schedule
Qualifications:
- Office:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and customer management tools
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Previous office or administrative experience is a plus
- Field:
- Previous experience in paving, construction, or related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to operate paving equipment (training provided)
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Management:
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously
- Previous experience in the paving industry is a plus
