Responsibilities :

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
Assist with paving, resurfacing, and maintenance tasks
Oversee daily operations to ensure project timelines are met
Strong organizational and communication skills
Previous experience in paving, construction, or related field is preferred but not required
Proven leadership experience
