Engineer Manager
A nationwide sign manufacturing company seeks an Engineer Manager to lead the Engineering Department at its Anaheim facility.
Job Description :
Manage a team of Engineers to develop clear, complete, and detailed shop drawings for all products and prototypes
Managing Engineering schedules, assigning projects, allocating hours, and setting deadlines
Review and approve product designs for technical, dimensions, and material accuracy
Troubleshoot technical issues, authorize substitution of materials, execute ECOs
Hiring, training, and supervising staff
Background in manufacturing is a plus, you must have 5-10 years of management experience.
This is a full-time in-person position with an excellent salary and benefits.
