Account Manager

Coast to Coast Fulfillment is a fast-paced, growing third-party logistics company, seeking a computer savvy and detail-oriented candidate to fill the role of Account Manager.

This is a full-time position in West Greenwich, Rhode Island. Hours are 8 am – 4:30 pm (Monday through Friday). Hours have some flexibility and provide the opportunity to make overtime. Potential for growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

· Data entry utilizing internal systems

· Perform some customer service responsibilities, such as answering the phone, processing returns, etc.

· Assist office team in printing and running labels to the warehouse

· General office administrative duties

· Serve as Account Manager (main point of contact) across multiple client accounts

· Assist with special projects as assigned

This position is client-facing, will report to the Senior Operations Manager, and have some communication with the Founder/President of Coast to Coast Fulfillment.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

Education – candidate must have one of the following:

· Associate’s or bachelor’s degree

· Technical school certificate (business, computer science, IT)

· OR 3 years of relevant work experience

Skills and Experience

· Accurate and precise data entry skills.

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, QA/QC

· Excellent organization and time management skills

· Ability to handle multiple tasks/deadlines at once

• Ability to work in a team environment and independently, must be self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Positive "can-do" attitude

· Experience working with EDI (an added bonus, not required)

· Proficiency working in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel (required)

· Excellent computer skills with willingness to learn new software (required)

Pay: Compensation based on prior experience, starting at $19/hour
