We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will engage with customers taking their orders and updating samples. Also, we need someone to ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to enhance their experience.
- Communicate effectively with clients through phone calls, emails, and chat support.
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Assist in training new staff on customer service protocols and best practices.
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service or client services, preferably in an office environment.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
- Proficient typing skills to efficiently document interactions and process requests.

Qualifications
- Small company reliability is a must but we do believe in taking vacation and personal days.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in typing and data entry
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities preferred
- Proven customer service experience and client service skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Experience in a call center environment is a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
