We work on a lively fun salesfloor. We have contests throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our offerings and generate interest.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on account management and business development initiatives.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress.
- Lead negotiations with clients to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and product developments.
Requirements
- No experience in Sales is necessary. We will train!
- Strong collaboration skills with a focus on teamwork in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
- Experience with warm/cold calling techniques to engage potential customers effectively.
