What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering customer inquiries and providing solutions with a friendly attitude.
- Handling service requests and scheduling appointments.
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborating with team members to improve service quality.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
