Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Radiation Therapist at Coastal Bend Cancer Center in Corpus Christi, TX. The role involves administering radiation therapy treatments to
patients as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist, maintaining accurate records, ensuring patient safety, and providing compassionate care throughout the treatment
process.
Qualifications
- Degree in Radiation Therapy
- Valid certification as a Radiation Therapist through the Texas Medical Board -
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any technical issues during treatment sessions
