Duties
- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their benefits needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Educate clients on various insurance products, including health, life, and retirement plans.
- Utilize outside sales techniques to generate new business opportunities and expand client base.
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to reach potential clients and promote available benefits.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of benefits packages with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in benefits legislation.
Experience
- No experience is required as all training is provided for every candidate
- Proven experience in outside sales or telemarketing is preferred.
- Background in benefits administration or insurance sales is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively preferred.
- Experience in retail sales or sales administration can be beneficial.
- Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are encouraged to apply.
- A solid understanding of market dynamics related to employee benefits is advantageous.
