Position Overview:
We are seeking a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative to join our Home Care division. This person will play a key role in ensuring our clients and their families have a seamless, personalized, and consistently positive experience with Coastal Care Partners. From confirming caregiver schedules to addressing concerns, this person will be the heart of client support and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary point of contact for home care clients and families

Ensure caregiver schedules align with client needs and preferences

Coordinate with scheduling and recruiting teams to assign the right caregivers to the right clients

Proactively check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and quickly address any concerns

Manage care transitions and updates, including changes in client condition or care plan

Maintain accurate client records and communication notes in the system

Support the onboarding of new clients and help create personalized care experiences
- Collaborate closely with caregivers and internal teams to ensure quality and consistency

Savannah, GA (in-office)
Schedule:
Full-time | Monday–Friday | Occasional on-call or after-hours support as needed
