Position Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and relationship-driven Home Care Recruiter to join our team! This person will work closely with our Home Care and HR teams to identify, attract, and hire top-notch caregivers for our growing team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives on connecting with others and isn't afraid to get out into the community to promote job opportunities and build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Actively recruit caregivers through job boards, hiring events, schools, local partnerships, and community outreach

Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations, schools, churches, and workforce centers to build a pipeline of caregiver candidates

Conduct initial screening interviews and guide applicants through the hiring process

Represent Coastal Care Partners at job fairs, networking events, and community programs

Collaborate closely with the Home Care team to understand current staffing needs and match caregivers appropriately

Track recruiting metrics, maintain applicant databases, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Help market Coastal Care Partners as an employer of choice in the caregiving community
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in recruiting, community outreach, or caregiver staffing (home care or healthcare preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you’re comfortable speaking to groups or one-on-one

A proactive mindset and ability to work independently in the field and in-office

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Passion for people and a genuine interest in supporting caregivers and the families we serve
- Willingness to travel locally for events and outreach
Bonus If You Have:

Previous recruiting experience in home care, hospice, or senior services

- Experience with applicant tracking systems or scheduling software
Location:
Savannah, GA (with local travel in surrounding areas)
Schedule:
Full-time | Monday–Friday | Occasional evenings or weekend events
