Requirements : Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures in urgent care & internal medicine
- Perform clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and administering medications as directed.
- Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coding for billing purposes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the medical office or clinic environment.
- Support the healthcare team by coordinating patient flow and ensuring timely communication among staff.
- Educate patients on treatment plans and answer any questions regarding their care.
- Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
