Responsible for maintaining and updating student records (in paper and electronic formats) and processing correspondence to support the enrollment status and documentation of attendance for students. Specific duties include processing student and instructor withdrawals, reinstatements, and transcripts; maintaining and updating official class rosters; processing and updating instructor attendance forms; assisting with the notification process of student withdrawals to instructors; preparing routine correspondence in support of the Registrar's Office and Student Services; and assisting with student registration, graduation, and/or related projects in support of the Student Services Division. This is a daytime position with some scheduled evening work and local travel required.Standard Working Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Salary: $2,600.00 per month.Start Date: March 10, 2025.Closing Date: February 16, 2025, or open until filled.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Associates degree, required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and digital platforms required. Excellent communication, customer service skills, and office organizational skills, required. Experience in a higher education or community college setting, preferred.
