Description
The Public Information Office Specialist is responsible for supporting the advertising / marketing, public relations, website, and publications of the College.
Perform job-related tasks, duties, and assignments consistently at an acceptable level, as determined by the immediate supervisor.
Demonstrate, through verbal interaction and behavior on the job, an understanding that it is the individual employee's responsibility to relate effectively to the leadership and administrative style of the immediate supervisor.
Assists in designing marketing / advertising efforts for the college.
Closing Date : Open until filled.
Start Date : Open until filled.
Standard Working Hours : 20 hours per week.
Salary : $18.00 per hour.
Minimum Qualifications
Competency in Adobe Photo Shop, Light Room, InDesign, Illustrator, Word Press, HTML and CSS; social media marketing management, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, required. High School Diploma, or equivalent, required.
Associates Degree or higher, in a design-related or computer field, preferred. Minimum of three (3) years experience in the field, preferred.
