Overview
CCHC Imaging Center is seeking a dedicated and professional Front Office Supervisor to lead our front desk team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities & Experience
- Responsible for adequate levels of staffing thus ensuring appropriate coverage
- Accept PTO requests
- Participate in interviews and onboarding new employees
- Facilitate training of new and existing employees
- Audit the workflow process and address any issues / make suggestions for improvement
- Handle patient complaints in the front office / patient waiting room
- Ensure employees are following all policies and procedures set forth by CCHC and those specific to the Imaging Center
- Insurance and Billing experience required
- Charge Entry coding experience required
- Management / Supervision required
