We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our medical office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for patients. This role requires a strong understanding of medical practice management along with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills . The Practice Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and quality of our medical practice.
**Responsibilities**
- Recruit, hire, and train staff; Manage employee performance and development; ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
-Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and facility maintenance; Implement quality improvement initiatives; Ensure compliance with regulatory standards i.e., HIPAA, OSHA
- Foster a positive patient experience through excellent customer service; Address patient concerns and complaints promptly.
- Manage the medical office in accordance with the policies and procedures of the organization, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.
**Requirements**
- At least 3-5 years of experience in medical office management.
- Proven ability to manage medical office staff and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
