What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Manager position at Coastal Carolina Health Care, P.A.?
Nurse Manager:
- CCHC New Bern Family Practice and Urgent Care
- 5 years clinical nursing management / supervisory experience preferred in Urgent Care, Family Medicine or ER settings
- Responsible for the recruitment, development, evaluation, and retention of clinical team members to ensure exceptional patient care, staff relations, and efficiency in services
- Oversee nursing care essential to the assessment, promotion, maintenance and restoration of patients' health and wellness; Ensure quality patient care and resolve outstanding issues
- Maintain a system designed to capture the timeliness of patient services; Work with Providers to develop and implement operational strategies
- Must possess excellent communication skills, work well under pressure, problem solve, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- BSN preferred
- BLS and ACLS required
- EPIC experience helpful
- Full-time, Monday – Friday. Note: there will be occasions when situations have to be addressed/resolved during weekend Urgent Care shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
