Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive member experience. This position requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer Association phone main lines and providing answers and resources to assist member’s needs.
- Direct calls to appropriate individuals for higher level questions.
- Administration of keys, lockboxes and smartphones
- Manage REALTOR® store, and serve as back-up to Member Service Administrator.
- Update membership files in database systems. Managing supplies for the office. Onboard new agents and affiliates when needed.
- Assist members with keys, lockbox and Smartkey need.
- Inventory and stock supplies for keys & lockboxes
- Process vouchers for returned keys & lockboxes
- Collect payments for membership/MLS as needed
- Weekly Staff meeting; provide meeting report to staff
- Back-up for MLS Department
Experience
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency
- SmartPhone Knowledge
- Real Estate knowledge and/or background preferred
Skills
- Strong phone etiquette skills to handle calls professionally.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with members, customers and team members.
- Familiarity with basic math skills for accurate transaction processing is essential.
- Bilingual candidates are highly valued for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Ability to serve the membership needs in a responsive and timely manner.
- Ability to provide direction, and/or instruction
- Ability to maintain accurate membership records.
