Critical Requirements

Legal authorization to work in the United States (documentation required)
Must pass comprehensive background check
Current liability insurance with our business added as additional insured
Minimum 2 years vacation rental or luxury hotel experience
Reliable transportation and smart phone
Professional-grade cleaning supplies
Strong English communication skills

Position Overview

Part-Time Independent Contractor (3 positions available)
Starting commission: 50% of service fee
Performance-based advancement to 65% commission
Additional bonus opportunities
Solo cleaning opportunities for top performers
Premium rates for holiday turnovers

Earnings Potential

Part-Time (2-3 properties/week): $400-600
Full-Time (4-5 properties/week): $800-1,000
Elite Solo Cleaners: $1,200-1,500 weekly
Additional bonuses for exceptional performance
