Are you known for your positive and enthusiastic attitude? Coastal Chevrolet Cadillac Nissan is seeking a dynamic individual to join our busy service department as a full time Service Lane Assistant and Porter. In this role, you’ll greet customers, place protective layers inside vehicles, assist with vehicle movements in and our of the shop, support service advisors, and aid management as needed. We’re looking for someone who embodies our core values of Positivity, Integrity, Accountability, Service, Professionalism, and Growth.
As often the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in shaping their experience. We value excellent customer service skills, a clean driving record, and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet customers
- Move vehicles as needed
- Assist service advisors and management
- Maintain a high standard of customer service
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong personal hygiene and professional appearance
