EXPERIENCED FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST/THERAPY ASSISTANT
Pleasant office with a patient focused atmosphere.
This unique opportunity offers working directly with our chiropractic patients, as well as front desk receptionist, in a cross-trained position.
The main responsibility of the Therapy Assistant is directing/assisting patients through therapy and setting up different physiotherapy treatments. At times, you will be very active physically and will require you to be on your feet for much of your day.
The balance of this position is the very important Front Desk Receptionist which requires a high level of detail and excellent mutli-tasking skills. The main responsibility of the front desk receptionist is answering phones, returning calls and messages promptly, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance and insurance authorizations. You must be a diligent and independant worker to complete all the necessary tasks on a daily basis.
*We require a minimum of 2 years of medical office experience -specifically insurance knowledge to include insurance verification and authorization.
Salary: Depending on level of experience and skills demonstrated.
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 2 EVENINGS UNTIL 6:30 PM without complication.
- MUST HAVE A GOOD WORK ETHIC AND ATTENDANCE
Part-time : Approximately 20 hours per week with some flexibility.
