Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-presented.
- Manage housekeeping tasks such as organizing rooms, cleaning carpets, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the premises.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning visit.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are covered efficiently and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hotel cleaning standards or residential cleaning practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
