Job Description:

We are currently seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cleaning Technicians and Inspectors. As a Cleaning Technician and Inspector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our clients' properties while ensuring our high standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly, including but not limited to packing linens, making beds, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Inspect assigned areas before and after cleaning to ensure all tasks are completed to company standards.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and schedules.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services not required but preferred. Training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies as needed, physical stamina.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Weekends as needed
• Weekends only

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay

Experience:

• Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
