New Home Sales Agent – Production Builder

Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven New Home Sales Agent to represent our growing production homebuilding company. The Sales Agent will guide prospective buyers through the entire homebuying process—from initial contact through closing—while delivering a positive customer experience and meeting/exceeding sales goals. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a passion for real estate, customer service, and new home construction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and engage prospective homebuyers, providing knowledgeable and personalized sales presentations.
· Maintain in-depth knowledge of all current and upcoming home models, floor plans, pricing, and community features.
· Qualify leads, follow up promptly, and maintain consistent communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
· Educate buyers on the construction timeline, financing options, and selection process.
· Conduct and coordinate home tours, model home visits, and site walks.
· Collaborate with construction, design, and mortgage teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
· Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, complete sales documentation, and support contract preparation.
· Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and local market conditions.
· Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and community events as required.
Qualifications and Experience Desired:
· Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in new home sales or residential real estate.
· Current real estate license.
· Knowledge of homebuilding processes and terminology is highly desirable.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
· Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot) and basic office technology.
· High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Background in production homebuilding or residential development.
· Experience selling to first-time homebuyers or in a high-volume sales setting.
· Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Work Environment & Schedule:
Weekend availability required; typical schedule includes Thursday–Monday.
Position is onsite at model homes and sales offices located within our communities.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary commission structure.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
