Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including physical examinations and health histories.

- Provide acute care services, including urgent care for minor injuries and illnesses.
- Administer IV infusions and utilize aseptic techniques in all clinical procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care in various settings, including senior care, memory care, and acute care environments.
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Cerner for documentation and patient management.
- Educate patients and families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from an accredited board.
- Active nursing license in the state of practice.
- Experience in senior care, urgent care, or acute care settings is preferred.
- Proficiency in IV infusion techniques and aseptic practices.
- Familiarity with EHR systems, particularly Cerner, is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
