Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Landscape Foreman to lead our field crews in delivering exceptional landscaping work. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives outdoors, communicates effectively, and knows how to manage time, materials, and people. This is a Monday - Thursday (Four 10 hour days) job with Friday as overtime!

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of 2–5 team members on landscaping projects
• Read and interpret landscape plans and execute projects to spec
• Operate machinery and equipment (e.g., skid steers, trenchers, mowers) safely and efficiently
• Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to company standards
• Train, mentor, and motivate crew members
• Monitor quality control, safety protocols, and daily productivity
• Communicate with clients and project managers as needed
• Handle basic troubleshooting of job site challenges

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of landscaping experience; 1 year in a leadership role preferred
• Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation, hardscaping, grading, and drainage
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
